Ia Ara Aotearoa Transporting New Zealand Members* are entitled to complimentary registrations based on their membership fleet size:

All Members: 2 registrations
National Associates: 4 registrations
Operator of 6 to 20 trucks: 4 registrations
Operators of 21 to 30 trucks: 6 registrations
Operators with more than 31 trucks: 8 registrations

Registration Costs

Additional registrations: $80 + GST
Non-members: $249 + GST

Cancellations & No-Shows

Last year’s event sold out, and demand is expected to be high again. Spaces are limited, If you cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible so others can participate.

Registrations can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
If you do not attend without a valid reason and/or prior notification, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50 + GST.

The 2025 Transporting New Zealand South Island Seminar Industry Awards celebrate individuals and organisation’s that have made exceptional contributions to the road transport sector through innovation, safety, industry awareness, and training. Open to South Island-based nominees, the awards recognise efforts that improve industry standards, workplace environments, and public perception of the transport sector.
