As you may be aware, Waka Kotahi (NZTA) are reviewing the Operator Rating System (ORS) and are working on a business case for a revised system. The team working on the business case have asked the ORS reviewers to send out a short survey to industry members to help them better understand how Transport Service Licences are used.
